Shipping policy

We offer free Standard shipping for orders accepted within our U.S. shipping area. The destinations and available service shown during checkout determine whether we can ship a particular order. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping cost and availability

Standard shipping has no shipping charge for an eligible order and no minimum purchase requirement. Enter the delivery address during checkout to see whether a shipping option is available. Any taxes or other order charges are shown before you submit the order. We do not promise service to an address for which checkout does not provide a shipping option.

Processing and estimated delivery

  • Processing: usually 1–2 business days after the order is accepted.
  • Transit: an estimated 3–6 business days after dispatch.
  • Total estimate: approximately 4–8 business days from order placement, combining processing and transit.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Order volume, weather, carrier operations, address problems, and other events outside our control can affect delivery. The order confirmation and tracking information, when available, provide the best status for your particular shipment.

Tracking and delivery details

When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address used for the order after dispatch. Carrier tracking may take time to show its first scan. Please check the shipping address before submitting your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error; an address change cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch has begun.

Delays and cancellations

If we learn that we cannot dispatch within the stated period, we will notify you of the delay and the revised shipping date, or explain if we cannot provide a definite date. You may accept the revised timing or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund. If a further delay occurs, we will seek your agreement when required by law. Your rights to cancel and receive a refund are not reduced by this policy.
