Processing and transit times

Order processing usually takes 1–2 business days. Standard transit usually takes 3–6 business days after dispatch. Most orders arrive within about 5–8 business days in total. These are estimates; carrier conditions, weather, holidays, and other events may affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, we will send it to the email address provided with the order after dispatch. Carrier tracking may take time to show its first scan.

Delivery issues

If tracking appears stalled, an order is marked delivered but you cannot find it, or your shipment arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will review the available information and help with the next steps. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law.
