Where can I find product details?

What if an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from its description?
Contact us with your order number and details. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate refund or replacement.

Shipping and tracking

How much is standard shipping?
Standard shipping within the United States is free.

How long does delivery take?
Processing usually takes 1–2 business days and transit usually takes 3–6 business days. Most orders arrive in about 5–8 business days total. These are estimates.

How do I track an order?
When tracking is available, we send it to the email address on the order after dispatch. The carrier may need time to show the first scan.

Returns and refunds

Can I return or exchange an item?
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. You do not need to provide a reason. See our Refund and Return Policy for instructions.

Do approved returns cost anything?
No. We pay approved return shipping and provide a prepaid label or another free return method. We do not charge a restocking fee.

When will I receive my refund?
We process an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need another 5–10 business days to show it.

Payment and order changes

What payment methods can I use?
Available methods are shown at checkout and are subject to payment-provider authorization. Prices and charges are in USD.

Can I cancel or change an order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to help, but an order may already be processing or dispatched and a change may not be possible. Return rights remain subject to our policy and applicable law.
